This is the kind of day where a car at your disposal saves more than it costs. The times are an example, not a timetable.
Hotel → Gran Via
Before the 08:30 opening, with time to reach the stand. Laptop bag and samples stay in the car.
Gran Via → client office
A meeting in the city. The driver waits or comes back at the agreed time.
Back to the venue
Afternoon meetings at the stand. No queue at the rank at closing time.
Dinner and back
From the venue to the restaurant, and to the hotel when the dinner ends, whatever the hour.
How it works
From your agenda to a written quote
Send us the day or days, the approximate start and end times, the number of people and the main stops. We reply with a written quote for the hours of service and the vehicle that fits your group and luggage, so it can be approved before the trip. If the plan changes during the day, tell the driver or our team: within the booked hours we adapt the route.
Hourly hire is not bookable online yet. Single legs are: if you only need the airport and the dinner, the price box on this page gives a live fixed price for each one.

Licence, insurance and an invoice finance accepts
Every service is made in a vehicle licensed for passenger transport, with a professional driver and compulsory passenger insurance, logged by GPS and invoiced with VAT in your company’s name, with your purchase order reference if you need it. Combine it with the team’s airport transfers and daily runs in one quote and one invoice.
For delegations and companies
Ask for a written proposal
Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Hourly hire is quoted on request. Send us the times you need and the written quote states the hours of service and what is included before you approve it.
Can I book a car by the hour online?
Not yet. The price box books single transfers. For hourly hire, send us your agenda by WhatsApp or email and we reply with a written fixed quote.
Can the same driver stay all week?
We try to keep the same driver for the whole event when the schedule allows it. Ask for it and we confirm it in the quote.
Can the plan change during the day?
Yes. Within the booked hours the driver adapts the route to your agenda. Any extension is agreed with you first.

We answer 24 hours a day, every day, in English, Spanish, French and Catalan.
