From the gate to the car
Give us the flight number when you book. Your driver follows the flight in real time and adjusts the pickup if it lands early or late, then waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. You have 60 minutes of free waiting from the real landing time, which normally covers passport control and baggage reclaim.
If your team lands on different flights, book one leg per flight or send us all the flight numbers and we coordinate the pickups, with several vehicles on one schedule.
The Sunday rush
The Sunday before the congress
Sunday 28 February is the day before opening. In 2023 the venue already ran its taxi ranks on that Sunday evening, from 17:00 to 21:00. If you land on Sunday, book in advance: a pre-booked vehicle is waiting for you, while the taxi rank is a queue.
On congress days the busiest hours on the road are around opening and closing. The live panel on this page shows queues and accidents published by the Catalan traffic service on the roads between the airport and Gran Via.
Alternatives
Metro L9 Sud, taxi or a private transfer
The L9 Sud metro line runs from both terminals to Fira and Europa | Fira without changes. The airport stations need a specific Airport ticket; in 2026 the attendee pass included one trip to or from the airport. For one traveller with hand luggage it is a good option.
A taxi from the airport to Gran Via is metered with the AMB tariff, with a 4.60 € airport supplement and a 21 € minimum for trips starting at the airport (2026 fares). Our comparator works out both for your group, side by side with our live price.

Which terminal is closer to Fira Gran Via?
T2: 8.8 km and about 12 minutes without traffic, against 12.1 km and 13 minutes from T1 (OSRM, OpenStreetMap). Your airline decides the terminal; check your booking.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and adjust the pickup. The 60 minutes of free waiting count from the real landing time.
Can you take us to the hotel instead of the venue?
Yes. Choose your hotel area or one of the hotels in the price box as the destination.
Do you go from the venue back to the airport on Thursday?
Yes. On the last day of the 2026 edition the exhibition closed at 16:00, so Thursday afternoon is busy: book the return early and allow two hours at the airport.
Are you a taxi?
