The week in numbers

Why the congress week needs a plan

MWC Barcelona 2027 runs from Monday 1 to Thursday 4 March at Fira Gran Via, with 4YFN on the same dates and at the same venue. The 2026 edition closed with nearly 105,000 attendees from 207 countries and territories, according to the organiser. Most of them arrive on the same weekend, leave the same Thursday afternoon and go in and out at the same hours.

Hotels feel it first. A study published before the 2025 edition put the average room in Barcelona at 553 € a night during the congress, against 136 € the week before. Many teams end up in L’Hospitalet, Castelldefels or Sitges, and the morning run becomes a question of minutes. That is the problem this website solves: when to leave, from where, in which vehicle, at what price.

Be honest first

When you do not need us

If you travel alone with a backpack, take the metro. In 2026 every attendee received a free pass for bus, metro and FGC in zone 1, including one trip to or from the airport, and the L9 Sud line goes from both terminals to the venue without changes. We would rather say it than sell you a car you do not need.

A private vehicle makes sense for groups, for people with luggage or stand material, for schedules that cannot slip, for hotels outside Barcelona and for the evenings, when the dinner ends after midnight. For those cases, the price box at the top gives a fixed price from our live engine for every vehicle category, from a saloon to a 22-seat minibus.

What is included

What every transfer includes

At the airport your driver tracks the flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, with 60 minutes of free waiting from the real landing time. At Sants station the free wait is 30 minutes and at hotels or any other address, 15 minutes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup on online bookings.

Every journey is made in a licensed vehicle with a professional driver and the compulsory passenger insurance, logged by GPS and invoiced with VAT in your company’s name. Child seats are available on request, for a supplement.

Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

When is MWC Barcelona 2027?

From Monday 1 to Thursday 4 March 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, according to the organiser’s website. 4YFN runs on the same dates at the same venue. Always check the organiser’s website before you travel.

How long is the drive from the airport to Fira Gran Via?

About 13 minutes from T1 (12.1 km) and 12 minutes from T2 (8.8 km) without traffic. In congress week, at opening and closing times, we plan with roughly double that.

Is the price fixed?

Yes. The price you see comes from our live pricing engine for that route, day and group, and it does not change afterwards with traffic. On the busiest dates of the year it can be higher than on a normal day because of demand, so book early.

Can you move a whole delegation?

Yes. Vehicles for up to 22 people each and several vehicles on one schedule for larger groups or staggered flights. Use the vehicle calculator or send us your run-sheet for one written quote.

Can I book and pay on this website?

Yes. Choose your route in the price box, pick the vehicle and you book and pay by card without leaving the website; only the bank’s secure card page opens for the payment.

Can the invoice go to our company?

Yes. Every service is invoiced with VAT in your company’s name, with your VAT number and any purchase order reference you need.
